How You Can Help...
We need people who can work at the reception desk and ask people to sign in so we can keep count of and pray over all of our visitors each morning. Also, while being at the desk, we will need you to answer the phone.
We need people to come in and wash clothes, prepare food, stock clothing area and supplies. Basic housekeeping to keep our facility clean and productive.
While we will all serve and work together in the building, we will need women who can act as advocate for others. This will require attending the training meetings every Tuesday as well as a husband/family to be willing to share you. You would be forming a relationship and acting as a mentor for an extended period of time. (If you are interested in this please contact Lynn and we can discuss the details of this position)
We can never have too many counselors. If you are trained in mental health, biblical, financial, or drug and alcohol counseling, please consider providing a woman with a free service that may very well keep her from becoming homeless, abused, or addicted.
As women come to the center for counseling, prayer, and other resources, we would like them to be able to relax knowing that their children will be loved and cared for in an area just a few feet away. If we can help moms, we’re helping their children.
If you have expertise in an area that would benefit the volunteers and make us more understanding of women’s needs, we invite you to sign up to spend an hour speaking to our group on Tuesday nights. We are open to having the ideas of others and expert advice and opinions to enable us to serve well.
Please consider volunteering and knowing that each time you change a life by helping another, your life is changed too. If you are looking to get involved please go to the CONTACT page and fill out the form, we would love to talk with you!
